LibeFI is an AI-powered platform to help manage your funds and contracts between participants for certain social coordination activities so that you do not need to go through the hassle of collecting cash, tracking paper contracts, and managing payouts.

It works in a simple cycle:

  1. Join a Group for a Social Activity: Users join an open group for a social activity within their jurisdiction and contribute funds from the digital wallet.
  2. We Manage the Group: Once the group gets funded, LibeFI manages the group and creates the contracts for everyone to sign.
  3. We Distribute: If any payments from the activity are received, it is automatically collected and distributed to all participants proportional to their share.

Shares are automatically calculated based on the amount of funds you contribute to the group. If you contribute $10 in a $100 group, you get 10% of the funds.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate. We strictly verify age and identity during sign-up to comply with state regulations.

We charge a small service fee at the time of contribution to cover the operating expenses of our platform.

  • 12% fee for contributions between $10 – $20.
  • 10% fee for contributions between $30 – $50.
  • 8% fee for contributions over $50.

Any payments received below $600 is automatically distributed to your LibeFI wallet. To withdraw:

  1. Go to your Wallet tab and tap Withdraw.
  2. Select your linked bank account.
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount.

Note: Large withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team for security (usually within 24 hours) before being sent via ACH transfer.
